Large number of products, need an entity for each of them?

Hello,

I have a very large number of different products that must go through a workstation and each of them have different setup / processing / teardown times. My idea was to create a table and import the data from Excel containing the product name, ratio, and setup times etc. I got that part done, but now I'm stuck. It seems I would need to create en entity with the name of each product? There must be another way?
